JSW Group’s B2B ecommerce platform JSW One Platforms reduced its consolidated net loss by 50.9% to ₹106.5 crore in FY26 from ₹217 crore the previous year, while its operating revenue surged 44.9% to ₹5,743.4 crore, according to its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) filed ahead of a proposed ₹3,054 crore initial public offering (IPO), inc42.com reported.

The company’s revenue growth was driven primarily by sales of goods, which increased 45.5% to ₹5,619.6 crore from ₹3,862.1 crore in FY25. This segment includes steel, cement, and other construction materials. Steel volumes rose 51.2% to 27.1 lakh tonnes, and cement volumes grew 23.9% to 2.6 lakh tonnes. Services revenue also increased 11.4% to ₹109.6 crore, with commission income from the MSME business rising to ₹100.3 crore from ₹83 crore, per inc42.com.

JSW One operates a technology-led platform that integrates procurement of manufacturing and construction materials with logistics, processing, and credit access. The company’s revenue growth outpaced expense increases, helping narrow losses. For the June quarter of FY27, JSW One reported a consolidated profit of ₹14.2 crore on operating revenue of ₹1,642.5 crore, according to the DRHP. The upcoming IPO aims to raise ₹3,054 crore to support further expansion.

Including other income of ₹44.2 crore, JSW One’s total income stood at ₹5,787.6 crore in FY26, up from ₹3,979.5 crore a year earlier. The company’s financial disclosures ahead of the IPO filing provide a detailed view of its improved profitability and revenue scale, as it prepares to enter public markets, inc42.com noted.
