Startupniti Media ("Startupniti", "we", "our", "us") operates the news publication at startupniti.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how you can request access to or deletion of your data. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP), the IT Act 2000 and IT Rules 2021, and — where applicable to EU/UK visitors — the GDPR / UK GDPR.

What we collect

We do not collect: precise location, contacts, device identifiers, biometric data, financial information (payments will be processed by Razorpay when subscriptions launch in Jan 2027 — that flow will be documented separately).

Why we collect it

Legal basis under GDPR: legitimate interest (analytics, server logs), performance of a contract (account features), consent (marketing communications).
