The IPO was oversubscribed 8.38 times, with investors bidding for 96.32 crore shares against the 11.49 crore shares on offer, according to inc42.com.

The company’s public issue included a fresh issue of shares worth up to ₹480 crore and an offer for sale of up to ₹2,000 crore. LEAP India plans to use around ₹360 crore from the fresh issue to repay or prepay certain borrowings, with the remaining proceeds allocated for general corporate purposes. Founded in 2013 by Mathew, LEAP India provides supply chain solutions such as equipment pooling, returnable packaging, inventory management, transportation, and repair and maintenance, serving over 1,000 customers as of FY26, including Coca-Cola, Marico, Panasonic, Haier, and Daikin, inc42.com reported.

LEAP India operates across sectors including FMCG, beverages, ecommerce, automotive, and retail, with the food and beverages segment accounting for more than a quarter of its business during the fiscal year. The company’s IPO valuation was set at ₹7,004.5 crore, reflecting strong investor interest in logistics technology firms. At 10:05 IST on the listing day, LEAP India’s stock was trading down over 4% from the listing price at ₹157.5 on the BSE. The company’s market capitalization at listing was ₹7,011.1 crore, and the IPO’s success marks a significant milestone for the logistics tech sector in India, inc42.com stated.
