Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM), an electric vehicle manufacturer, has secured an additional ₹50 crore ($5.2 million) in fresh funding led by Unistone Capital’s director Abhishek Misra, with participation from Sanjeev Agarwal Family Office and Brijesh Parekh Family Office. This marks the second funding round for OSM within a month, following a ₹50 crore raise in July from Saket Aggarwal Family Office and other investors, according to inc42.com.

Founded in 2018 by Uday Narang, OSM operates across multiple EV categories including two-wheelers, cargo and passenger three-wheelers, and commercial trucks. The company plans to use the fresh capital to expand manufacturing capacity, strengthen research and development, and enhance its nationwide dealer and service network. OSM currently runs manufacturing facilities in Faridabad and Pune and operates 150 touchpoints across India, inc42.com reported.

The funding rounds come as part of OSM’s strategy to accelerate the rollout of next-generation electric mobility solutions and expand its footprint internationally. The company is part of the Anglian Omega Network, a consortium of global family-owned businesses present in six countries including India, UAE, Switzerland, Thailand, Japan, and Hong Kong. This positions OSM to compete in the growing EV market alongside other manufacturers expanding their global reach.

OSM’s recent capital infusion follows its July funding and will support its plans to scale operations and broaden its electric mobility ecosystem. The company’s manufacturing expansion and network strengthening efforts are expected to progress with this ₹100 crore total fresh capital raised in two rounds within a month, inc42.com stated.
