PRISM, the parent company of OYO, reported a 306% year-on-year increase in net profit for fiscal year 2026, reaching ₹994.2 crore from ₹244.8 crore in FY25, according to inc42.com. The company’s operating revenue rose nearly 50% to ₹9,358 crore, while total income including other sources hit ₹9,697.9 crore. This marks a significant profitability milestone ahead of PRISM’s planned IPO.
The company’s annual report highlighted a 40% rise in total expenses to ₹9,334.5 crore, yet EBITDA more than doubled to ₹2,594 crore. PRISM’s gross booking value surged 88.5% to ₹30,683 crore, with gross profit up 82.5% to ₹5,700 crore. Chairman Ritesh Agarwal noted the company’s sustained EBITDA profitability for the fourth consecutive year and emphasized a strategic shift toward an AI-native operating model, integrating technology as an autonomous operational layer.
PRISM’s growth reflects its expansion across multiple hospitality formats, geographies, and customer segments. The company’s hotel storefronts, excluding G6, grew to 22,769, while home storefronts reached 138,250. A rising share of business is coming from premium brands and Company Serviced Hotels, underscoring PRISM’s diversified portfolio and market positioning. This performance places PRISM among notable players in the hospitality sector ahead of its public listing.
The company’s annual report for FY26, released this month, confirms these financial results and strategic developments. PRISM’s next key milestone is its IPO, which will provide further clarity on its market valuation and growth trajectory.
