Invest tech startup StockGro is raising ₹110 crore (around $10.4 million) from existing investors as part of its ongoing Series B funding round, according to MCA documents accessed by inc42.com. The fresh capital injection comes shortly after the company pre-filed its IPO papers last week, signaling preparations for a public listing.
BITKRAFT Ventures is leading the latest tranche with an infusion of ₹60.1 crore, followed by Aditum Venture Capital Fund contributing ₹23.1 crore. Other participants include India SME Growth Fund, Systematix Fincorp, and angel investors such as actor Suniel Shetty, Vanaja Sundar Iyer, and Jignesh Vijay Shah. The board approved issuing 14,004 Series B compulsorily convertible preference shares at ₹78,668 per share, aggregating to ₹110.16 crore.
This funding round is an extension of StockGro’s Series B, which has seen multiple tranches. In December last year, the startup raised ₹150 crore from Mukul Agarwal, founder of Param Capital, followed by a $13 million Series B1 round led by BITKRAFT Ventures. The fresh capital will be used to support growth, expand operations, and meet working capital and general corporate needs, positioning StockGro for its upcoming IPO.
StockGro declined to comment on the fresh funding round when contacted by inc42.com. The company’s board approved the latest tranche recently, with the IPO filing completed last week, marking a key milestone in its fundraising journey.
