Flipkart-owned fashion e-commerce platform Myntra reported a net loss of Rs 579.4 crore in the financial year ended March 31, 2026, reversing from a profit of Rs 548.5 crore a year earlier. Revenue from operations declined 14% to Rs 5,242.5 crore, down from Rs 6,063.8 crore in FY25, according to filings sourced from the Registrar of Companies (medianama.com).
The revenue drop was primarily driven by a sharp decline in income from logistics and shipping services. Myntra also earned Rs 73.3 crore in other income, mainly from royalty services to suppliers, bringing total revenue to Rs 5,315.8 crore, down 13% from Rs 6,137 crore in the previous fiscal. Flipkart, which acquired Myntra in 2014, restructured its operations by shifting its domicile back to India from Singapore in March 2026, consolidating subsidiaries including Myntra under Flipkart Internet Private Limited.
Myntra’s revenue model includes marketplace services where third-party sellers offer products, alongside advertising, logistics, and shipping services. The decline in logistics revenue reflects broader challenges in the sector. Flipkart Group reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 8,468 crore on operating revenue of Rs 1.45 lakh crore in FY26, highlighting pressures across its businesses. Myntra’s performance contrasts with its earlier profitability and signals difficulties in maintaining growth amid changing market dynamics.
The filings from the Registrar of Companies detail these financial results, marking Myntra’s first loss in recent years. Flipkart’s restructuring and consolidation efforts aim to streamline operations as the group navigates a challenging retail environment.
