Lightfield demos AI-native CRM automating stalled deals and prospecting

Lightfield CEO Keith Peiris demonstrated the company’s AI-native CRM running a full go-to-market loop live, including reviving a stalled deal, automating workflows, and generating ten new prospects. The demo took place at SaaStr and showcased how the CRM, used by about 3,000 customers, eliminates manual data entry by automatically assembling customer context from integrated systems.

During the demo, Peiris connected email, calendar, a data warehouse, and a call recorder to Lightfield, which then automatically enriched accounts, created opportunities from emails and calls, and populated the contact book using data from around ten vendors. Tasks and meetings were also filled in without manual input, enabling sales reps to focus on selling rather than CRM upkeep.

The significance lies in Lightfield’s approach of making the CRM a customer context engine rather than a data entry form. By integrating multiple data sources and automating the sales process, the platform aims to improve efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations. This contrasts with traditional CRMs that require extensive manual input and maintenance.

Lightfield’s AI-native CRM currently serves approximately 3,000 customers, demonstrating a practical application of automation in sales workflows. The live demo at SaaStr highlighted the system’s ability to handle real-time deal progression and prospect generation without human data entry, underscoring its operational readiness.
