Zoho Recruit has launched integration with LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect Plus (RSC+) to eliminate manual data entry and improve hiring efficiency, the company announced on July 27. The new feature synchronizes candidate information and activity between LinkedIn Recruiter and Zoho Recruit, reducing redundant work for recruitment teams and enhancing pipeline visibility.
Previously, recruiters had to manually create candidate records in Zoho Recruit after messaging prospects on LinkedIn, often duplicating effort across teams. With LinkedIn RSC+ integration, candidate profiles, messages, and status updates automatically sync between the two platforms. This real-time connection prevents overlapping outreach and keeps hiring pipelines aligned, according to Zoho’s blog post.
The integration addresses a common pain point in recruitment workflows where disconnected systems cause inefficiencies and candidate experience issues. By bridging LinkedIn’s extensive professional network with Zoho Recruit’s applicant tracking capabilities, the feature aims to save hours of administrative work daily. This move follows similar efforts by SaaS providers to unify sourcing and applicant tracking tools for streamlined hiring.
Zoho Recruit’s LinkedIn RSC+ integration is available immediately to customers using both platforms. The company highlighted that this connectivity will help recruiters focus more on engaging candidates rather than managing data, marking a practical step in reducing hiring friction.
