Ferns N Petals (FNP) is expanding its quick commerce business amid rising demand for instant gifting, aiming for ₹1,400 crore in revenue by the end of fiscal year 2027. The company also plans to launch an initial public offering (IPO) by early fiscal year 2029, according to its global CEO and director Pawan Gadia, who shared these details in an interview this week.
FNP is responding to consumer preferences for faster delivery by diversifying its product offerings beyond flowers to include gifts that can be delivered instantly. The company is investing heavily in supply chain enhancements to improve operational efficiency and margins. Gadia highlighted that the quick commerce segment is a key growth driver for the brand, and the company is scaling up its infrastructure and technology to meet the surge in demand for last-mile delivery.
The quick commerce market in India has seen significant growth as consumers increasingly seek instant gratification for gifting occasions. FNP’s move aligns with broader industry trends where competitors are also focusing on rapid delivery models. The company’s revenue target and IPO plans place it among notable players in the instant gifting and quick commerce space, signaling confidence in sustained market expansion and investor interest.
FNP’s roadmap includes achieving the ₹1,400 crore revenue milestone by FY27 and preparing for its IPO by early FY29, marking a critical phase for the company’s growth trajectory and public market entry, as stated by Pawan Gadia in the recent interview.
