HomeRun, a Bengaluru-based quick commerce startup for construction and home improvement materials, has raised $12 million (about ₹114 crore) in a Series A+ funding round led by Nexus Venture Partners, the company announced today. Existing investors Sorin Investments, Titan Capital, Sparrow Capital, and Consumer Collective by Atrium also participated in the round. The fresh capital will be used to expand into new geographies and invest in supply chain, technology, and category expansion, according to inc42.com.
The funding round follows earlier reports in March that HomeRun was in talks to raise around ₹100 crore, with Nexus Venture Partners expected to lead the round alongside existing backers. HomeRun has delivered more than 100,000 orders and grown its business eightfold over the past 12 months, becoming the largest retailer in Bengaluru across its top product categories. The startup’s post-money valuation is estimated to be between ₹450 crore and ₹500 crore, inc42.com reported.
HomeRun’s growth and funding come amid rising demand for quick commerce platforms in the construction and home improvement sector, which has seen increased consumer interest in faster delivery of materials. The $12 million round places HomeRun among notable startups in the quick commerce space, with Nexus Venture Partners backing similar ventures in India’s expanding e-commerce and logistics markets. This funding will help HomeRun strengthen its position in a competitive market where speed and supply chain efficiency are critical.
HomeRun plans to use the new capital to scale operations beyond Bengaluru and enhance its technology infrastructure. The startup’s delivery volume and rapid growth highlight its potential to disrupt traditional construction material supply chains. The company has completed over 1 lakh orders to date, underscoring its operational scale and market traction, inc42.com confirmed.
