Bessemer Venture Partners-backed digital payments startup Innoviti reduced its net loss by over 57% year-on-year to ₹26.7 crore in fiscal year 2026, down from ₹62.1 crore in FY25, according to its filing with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs accessed by inc42.com. However, the company’s revenue declined by 16.7% to ₹118.9 crore in FY26 from ₹142.6 crore the previous year.

Innoviti’s revenue from services fell 17.8% year-on-year to ₹101.5 crore, with offline revenue dropping 20% to ₹97.3 crore from ₹121.4 crore in FY25. Meanwhile, its online revenue doubled to approximately ₹4.2 crore. The startup also reported operating revenue of ₹17.4 crore from lease rentals, down 9% from ₹19.1 crore in the prior fiscal, and other income of ₹3.3 crore, bringing total income to ₹122.2 crore for FY26.

Founded in 2002 by Rajeev Agrawal and Amrita Malik, Innoviti offers sales acceleration software Innoviti Genie, revenue assurance software Innoviti Unipay, and payment collection app Innoviti Link. The company processes over ₹80,000 crore in gross transaction volume annually across 2,000 Indian cities and more than 20,000 merchants. Despite the revenue dip, Innoviti expects to turn EBITDA positive in FY27, driven by operational improvements, cost-efficiency measures, and new customer additions.

Innoviti’s FY26 financials highlight its efforts to improve profitability amid challenging conditions, with the startup targeting EBITDA positivity in the next fiscal year, as stated in its MCA filing reviewed by inc42.com.
