On the operational front, Justdial’s total traffic reached 19.3 crore unique visitors in Q1 FY27, down 0.2% year-on-year but up 5.8% quarter-on-quarter. Mobile platforms accounted for 86.5% of traffic with 16.7 crore users, while desktops and voice platforms contributed 2.1 crore and 56 lakh users respectively. Active listings remained steady at approximately 5.6 crore. The results reflect focused execution and sustained investment in technology capabilities.
