Snabbit, the instant home-help startup, reported a net loss of ₹167.75 crore in the fiscal year 2026 (FY26), nearly 30 times its loss of ₹5.7 crore in FY25, according to livemint.com. The company’s revenue from operations rose to ₹12.25 crore in FY26 from ₹26.35 lakh a year earlier, reflecting its first full year of operations since launching services in August 2024.
The sharp increase in losses stems from heavy spending on workers and marketing to scale the business, with expenses rising to ₹194.76 crore from ₹6.81 crore in FY25, per inc42.com. Snabbit’s largest costs were professionals’ payments at ₹63.07 crore, marketing at ₹48.69 crore, employee expenses at ₹46.02 crore, and service fulfillment at ₹23.83 crore. The company’s revenue includes ₹10.82 crore from platform services and ₹1.42 crore from uniform sales, reported net of discounts to customers. The startup raised $56 million in April, bringing total funding to $112 million, supported by investors such as Nexus Venture Partners and Lightspeed Ventures.
As of FY26, Snabbit held ₹292.2 crore in cash and bank balances and ₹26.6 crore in mutual fund investments, totaling ₹318.9 crore, according to inc42.com. The startup aims to connect users with trained domestic help for household chores, promising arrivals within 10-15 minutes.
