D2C nutrition and wellness startup Supply6 has raised ₹48 crore (about $5 million) in a funding round led by Unilever Ventures, with participation from existing investor Zeropearl VC and actor Kriti Sanon, who joined as an investor and brand ambassador in December last year. The Bengaluru-based startup has now raised over $6 million to date, including a $1.1 million pre-seed round in 2025, according to inc42.com.
Founded in 2019 by Vaibhav Bhandari and Rahul Gupta, Supply6 develops daily nutritional supplements targeting athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and busy consumers. Its flagship product, Supply6 360, combines more than 63 ingredients such as probiotics, micronutrients, and adaptogens in a single serving. The company plans to use the fresh capital to expand its product portfolio, invest in clinical research and engineering, and strengthen its supply chain and digital capabilities, inc42.com reported.
The startup also intends to use part of the funding to enter new markets, boost marketing and partnerships, hire across functions, and expand its presence across D2C channels, ecommerce marketplaces like Amazon, and quick commerce platforms. Supply6’s previous investors include WhatsApp CEO Kunal Shah, Renee Cosmetics cofounders Ashutosh Valani and Priyank Shah, and XYXX founder Yogesh Kabra, per inc42.com.
With ₹48 crore raised in this round, Supply6 aims to accelerate growth and broaden its reach in the competitive nutrition and wellness sector. The company’s latest funding round was led by Unilever Ventures, marking a strategic investment in the startup’s expansion plans, inc42.com confirmed.
