The Stack, a Bengaluru-based direct-to-consumer supplement brand, raised ₹21.5 crore ($2.2 million) in fresh capital to boost its research and development and broaden its product offerings, according to inc42.com. The funding round was co-led by Sauce.vc, OTP Ventures, and Huddle Ventures, with additional participation from AYRA Ventures. This follows an earlier institutional round of ₹5.5 crore raised months ago.

Founded in 2024 by Shreya Jain and Kshitij Rihal, The Stack sells supplements targeting sleep, recovery, and gut health. Its formulations combine magnesium bisglycinate, glycine, prebiotics, and probiotics. The startup has grown fivefold since its initial funding and aims for 6-7X growth in fiscal year 2027 compared to fiscal year 2026. Rihal noted that repeat customers and subscriptions drive revenue, with the top 10% of customers accounting for 30% of sales.

The Stack competes in the Indian supplements market alongside brands like Wellbeing Nutrition, Supply6, and Trunativ. Its strategy focuses on a limited number of products that encourage repeat purchases rather than a broad range of one-time trials. The company emphasizes transparent formulations, clinically studied ingredients, and a quality-first approach to product development to build trust over the next three years.

The Stack disclosed that one in three customers places a second order within six months, with many opting for subscriptions lasting six to twelve months. The company aims to become one of India’s most trusted supplements brands by focusing on customer retention and product quality, as stated by cofounder Kshitij Rihal.
