Ultrahuman has raised $70 million in a fresh funding round to build an integrated healthtech platform, the company announced. The startup plans to use the capital to scale research and development in sensing, AI, miniaturised electronics, and health algorithms. The funding round included participation from Qualcomm Ventures, Alpha Wave, Blume, Nexus, and Alteria, among others, according to inc42.com.

Founded in 2019 by Mohit Kumar and Vatsal Singhal, Ultrahuman initially developed a health tracking ecosystem centered on its smart rings. The platform now integrates data from the Ultrahuman Ring, Blood Vision blood testing product, continuous glucose monitoring device Ultrahuman M1, environmental sensors, and AI-powered software tools. The fresh proceeds will also support global expansion of its Blood Vision and CGM offerings, the company said.

The $70 million round brings Ultrahuman’s total funding to over $173 million, with previous investors including Nexus Venture Partners, Steadview Capital, Blume Ventures, and Premji Invest. The startup aims to combine physiological, biochemical, and environmental data into a unified platform, advancing health intelligence through deep expertise in sensing, materials, electrical engineering, algorithms, physiology, and clinical science.

Ultrahuman’s CEO Mohit Kumar highlighted that the capital will enable the company to accelerate development and reach millions worldwide. The startup’s next steps involve pushing research and product innovation to integrate diverse health data streams, positioning it as a comprehensive health monitoring solution, according to inc42.com.
