Augusta TBO (Singapore) Pte Ltd., an early investor in the listed B2B travel tech platform TBO Tek, sold a 2.04% stake via open-market transactions today. The sale involved 21.8 lakh shares, which, based on the stock's last closing price of ₹1,500.3, values the transaction at approximately ₹327.5 crore, according to a filing with the exchanges.

Following the sale, Augusta TBO’s shareholding in TBO Tek declined to 3.5% or 37.4 lakh shares from 5.54%. The buyer of the shares was not disclosed. This transaction comes more than a year after Augusta TBO sold 46.29 lakh shares for ₹555.6 crore. The recent sale aligns with a period of strong stock performance, as TBO Tek’s shares have risen 11.2% in the past month and 28.2% over the last three months, per inc42.com.

TBO Tek’s stock gains reflect robust financial growth, with operating revenue surging 82.6% year-on-year to ₹814.4 crore in Q4 of fiscal year 2025-26, up from ₹446.1 crore in the same quarter the previous year. Net profit also increased 2% to ₹60.1 crore in Q4 FY26. For the full fiscal year, consolidated net profit rose 6.3% to ₹244.3 crore, while revenue from operations jumped 54% to ₹2,677.4 crore. Founded in 2006 by Ankush Nijhawan and Gaurav Bhatnagar, TBO Tek offers a broad range of travel services.

The transaction highlights investor confidence amid TBO Tek’s expanding business and improving financials. The company’s next quarterly earnings report, expected later this year, will provide further insight into its growth trajectory and market position, according to inc42.com.
