EliseAI, an artificial intelligence company automating back-office tasks for landlords and health systems, raised $350 million in a funding round that valued the company at $4 billion, nearly doubling its valuation from just over a year ago, the company told Fortune. The round was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Sapphire Ventures, and Navitas Capital.
This funding round marks the fourth time EliseAI has raised capital from a16z and Bessemer since 2023. CEO and co-founder Minna Song said the round consisted entirely of primary capital, with no secondary sales for early investors or employees. Song emphasized that the existing investors decided to double down on the company after being closely involved over the past year. She attributed the valuation growth to the collective effort of the team rather than a single catalyst.
EliseAI’s valuation surge reflects strong investor confidence in its AI-driven solutions for property management and healthcare administration. The company’s ability to expand within these industries has attracted continued backing from major venture capital firms. This funding round follows a $250 million Series E raised about 13 months ago that valued EliseAI at $2.2 billion, highlighting rapid growth in the AI startup sector focused on operational automation.
EliseAI’s latest funding round included participation from Sapphire Ventures, Navitas Capital, and new investor Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. The company’s $4 billion valuation was confirmed in the funding announcement on September 29, 2026, underscoring its position as a leading AI startup in the property and healthcare sectors.
