Vector Line Capital’s investment marks its first in India, joining existing investors TPG and Novo Tellus.

Vector Line Capital, a strategic investment company focused exclusively on semiconductors and the chip supply chain, led the round. Tessolve is in advanced discussions to close multiple acquisitions in the next few quarters to broaden its service offerings. CEO and co-founder Srini Chinamilli highlighted the company’s evolution from silicon test engineering to designing complete chips for AI infrastructure, emphasizing the need for sustained investment in talent and platforms.

Founded in 2004, Tessolve provides end-to-end solutions from chip architecture and design to validation, testing, and embedded systems. The firm employs over 3,500 engineers across 10 countries and operates nine laboratories worldwide. The semiconductor services sector has seen significant investment activity, with Tessolve’s latest funding underscoring the growing demand for chip design and testing capabilities amid rising AI infrastructure needs.

The $75 million funding round led by Vector Line Capital will enable Tessolve to accelerate its acquisition strategy and strengthen its global footprint. The company confirmed that it is in advanced talks to finalize multiple acquisitions over the next two quarters, aiming to enhance its offerings and market position.
