Zerodha Asset Management Pvt Ltd, operating as Zerodha Fund House, reported a 78.7% increase in operating revenue to ₹16.8 crore in fiscal year 2025-26 (FY26), up from ₹9.4 crore the previous year, according to inc42.com. The company narrowed its losses by 37.8% to ₹5.1 crore during the same period. Including other income of ₹36.6 lakh, total income stood at ₹17.1 crore for FY26.

Zerodha Fund House, incorporated in 2021 as a partnership between Zerodha and investment tech startup CASE Platforms, received SEBI approval to operate as an asset management company in July 2023 and began operations thereafter. The AMC focuses on passive mutual fund products such as index funds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs), launching nine schemes in FY26. The company operates under a three-tier structure mandated by SEBI, with Zerodha Broking as sponsor, CASE Platforms as co-sponsor, and Zerodha Trustee Pvt Ltd as trustee.

The growth in revenue and reduction in losses highlight Zerodha Fund House's early traction in the competitive asset management sector, particularly in passive investment products. The company’s model aligns with SEBI’s regulatory framework and reflects a growing investor interest in index funds and ETFs. Its partnership with CASE Platforms leverages technology to enhance product offerings, positioning it alongside other emerging AMCs expanding in India’s mutual fund market.

Despite the revenue growth, Zerodha Fund House’s expenses continued to rise in FY26, including an additional tax expenditure of ₹1 crore. The company’s performance in FY26 sets a benchmark for its next financial year, with regulatory filings showing a total income of ₹17.1 crore and a narrowed loss of ₹5.1 crore, as per inc42.com.
