Bengaluru-based mobile gaming startup Spill Games has raised $10.5 million in a Series A funding round led by Elevation Capital, with participation from Centre Court Capital and PeerCapital, the company announced. Founded in 2024 by Om Misra, Tapan Ranjan, and Harsh Garg, Spill Games plans to use the capital to scale its existing games, expand its development pipeline, and enhance its AI-driven technology platform Compass.

Spill Games operates an AI-led, portfolio-driven studio model that builds free-to-play casual, puzzle, and hybrid-casual mobile games for global audiences. Its proprietary Compass engine integrates analytics, player retention, monetisation, and live operations tools, enabling the startup to reuse infrastructure across games and accelerate development. Spill Games aims to develop and test new game concepts at roughly four times the speed of traditional methods by quickly launching titles, gathering player feedback, and reallocating resources to promising games.

The startup’s portfolio currently includes six titles such as Cozy Finds, Sticker by Number, Zen Math Crossword, Bird Rescue Jam, and Grill Master. It monetises through advertising and in-app purchases. This Series A round follows a $3.1 million seed funding round raised in April, reflecting growing investor confidence in AI-powered gaming studios and the mobile gaming sector’s expansion.

Spill Games confirmed the $10.5 million funding round on its website and plans to strengthen its AI capabilities, acquire more users, and selectively grow its team. The company’s next milestone will be launching new games developed using its Compass engine, aiming to increase its global footprint in mobile gaming.
