GetVantage, a Mumbai-based B2B fintech startup, raised ₹63 crore (about $6.6 million) in a Series A1 funding round to expand its revenue-based financing platform. The round, completed recently, included both equity and debt components and was led by ex-RBL Bank MD Rajeev Ahuja and investment firm SanRaj Group, according to inc42.com.
The funding round also saw participation from existing investors such as Chiratae Ventures, Varanium Fintech Fund, and VCMint. Founded in 2019 by Amit Srivastava and Bhavik Vasa, GetVantage has now raised over $47 million to date from investors including Varanium Capital Advisors, InCred Capital, and Sony Innovation Fund. The fresh capital will be used to scale its capital gateway platform, an API-led infrastructure that enables marketplaces and logistics companies to embed financing solutions for their merchant networks.
GetVantage initially focused on revenue-based financing but has since expanded into cash-flow-based lending solutions for MSMEs. It offers data-driven growth capital and embedded finance products ranging from ₹2 lakh to ₹20 crore for startups, MSMEs, and ecommerce players. The platform provides equity-free funding through revenue-sharing agreements where repayments scale with monthly sales, using alternative data and analytics to evaluate businesses based on cash flows rather than traditional collateral requirements.
The startup’s financing products include term loans and business loans tailored to the needs of MSMEs. GetVantage’s API-led platform aims to facilitate embedded financing across marketplaces and logistics networks, enhancing access to capital for merchant partners. The company’s latest funding round was confirmed by the startup in its announcement on inc42.com.
